CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture--our customers reserve a vegetable share in early spring, which provides cash flow to the farm when it most needed. A vegetable farm is all about planning and staying 2-3 months ahead, and the CSA model helps make it possible.

Your membership guarantees best-of-the-farm weekly organic produce delivered to Cookeville every satuday or the season. Its like a vegetable subscription that's 100% organic, grown in Overton County, and hand harvested just for you! Its the best way to eat seasonally and keep your household vegetable-rich.

Spring/summer starts off with cool-season greens and lettuce, root vegetables, onions and garlic, then moves into summer crops like squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet corn, eggplant, peppers, and beans--cruising on into late summer comes okra, edamame, watermelon, and the first storage squash like delicata and spaghetti squash. (We will offer a fall CSA later that runs from sept-dec.)

Pickup is at Meg's Bread in Cookeville, TN (52 s cedar ave.) every saturday from 9am-2pm. If you are out of town, you can arrange for someone else to pick up your box. If your box is not picked up, it will be donated to someone who needs it.

Cost is $35/week, however we are offering a 10% discount if you pay for the full season in advance ($567 total). We are also offering an additional 3% discount for cash or check payments--please email shilohfarmtn@gmail.com to reserve your spot and arrange payment.

For the weekly payment option, select "weekly payment" for $70 which will reserve your spot and pay for your first 2 weeks of the CSA. Then we will set up recurring payments for the remainder of the season. Please note that when you purchase this option you are committing to the entire 18 weeks at $35/week.
